应用电泳沉积技术从乙醇悬浮液中制备出(壁厚约0.4mm,内径为0.8～2.4mm)锆钛酸铅[Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3,PZT]压电陶瓷管.分析了电泳沉积速率和ζ-电位对PZT悬浮液的稳定性及电泳沉积质量的影响,并研究了烧结前后PZT管的微结构和电学性能.实验结果表明,在pH为5.5～6.5范围,悬浮液的ζ-电位高达50mV以上,此时悬浮液体系分散好而稳定,有最佳的沉积速率和相对沉积密度.在此条件下制备出的PZT管,壁厚均匀一致,经1150℃烧结1h后,相对密度为98.7%,管直且基本无变形,剩余极化强度是29.7μC/cm2,矫顽场强是19.2kV/cm.
