为满足多层微波元件低温烧结的需求,必须降低微波介质陶瓷的烧结温度.文中综述了近年来微波介质陶瓷研究中的助烧和掺杂改性的发展情况,概述了相关液相烧结的机理,列举了一些低熔点玻璃相的相关微波节电性能.
