本研究以Zn和Se为源物质,NaOH水溶液为反应介质,采用水热法在125~200℃下反应24~36h制备了ZnSe粉体.采用XRD,XPS,EDAX和SEM等方法测试了所制备样品的相结构、表面元素状态、化学组成以及表面形貌,并研究了粉体的半导体光吸收特性.所制备的粉体为立方闪锌矿型ZnSe,粉体的粒径随水热反应温度的升高和水热反应时间的延长而增大.所制备的ZnSe粉体对紫外区的光呈现明显吸收,其光吸收最强峰位在波长468.8nm附近.
