论述了氮化铝基微波衰减材料在微波电真空器件中的应用和发展趋势,介绍了国内外关于氮化铝基高损耗材料尤其是氮化铝-碳化硅复合材料的研究进展,结合笔者的研究和认识,指出了存在的问题和研究方向.
