以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,研究了旋涂热解法制备二氧化钛薄膜的工艺,在载玻片上获得了负载牢固的透明性较好的二氧化钛薄膜,研究了稳定剂对于二氧化钛薄膜光催化性能的影响,以及不同层数的二氧化钛薄膜的光催化性能,用热分析方法表征了钛醇盐的热解过程,并用XRD对薄膜的晶相结构进行了表征.
