以钛酸丁酯为原料制备TiO2粉体,在管式炉中600℃与NH3经不同反应时间制备N-TiO2粉体样品.通过X射线衍射、光电子谱和紫外-可见光谱对产物进行了表征.结果表明,制得的粉体为锐钛矿型结构,粒径约为20nm,氮进入到了TiO2晶格部分取代了氧的位置,形成新的TiO2-xNx晶格.
