研究了O’-Sialon-ZrO2-SiC复合材料的氧化过程。结果表明，材料的氧化过程呈保护型氧化，材料最终的氧化产物为α-方石英、ZrSiO4、ZrO2，且其氧化动力学过程符合氧化前期、中期、后期三段模型。
