以微粒级的A1、Al2O3、MgO为原料,采用热压烧结法,在压力38 MPa,温度分别为800、850、900、950℃保温8 min的条件下制备Al2O3-MgAlON复合材料,并对该复合材料进行了XRD、SEM分析及抗折强度、显气孔率、体积密度等性能检测.结果表明:利用热压烧结法,在850℃就可以制备含有300 nm左右MgAlON晶粒的微晶Al2O3-MgAlON复合材料,而且MgAlON微晶的存在改善了复合材料的性能,起到了增韧补强的作用.
