为了避免常见Al2 O3-CaO-MgO轻质浇注料使用重基质造成的与轻质骨料性能差异较大的问题,以微孔轻质CA6-MA骨料(8~5、5~3、3~1 mm)、w(Al2O3)=99.5%的速烧刚玉(≤0.045、≤0.074 mm)、α-Al2O3微粉、Al(OH)3(≤0.045 mm)等为原料,研究了在 Al2O3-CaO-MgO 轻质浇注料的基质中引入不同量的Al(OH)3(其质量分数分别为0、1%、3%和5%)对其烧后性能的影响。结果表明:随Al(OH)3加入量增加, Al2 O3-CaO-MgO轻质浇注料的加水量增加,体积密度略有降低,常温耐压强度呈下降趋势,对试样的常温抗折强度和高温抗折强度(1400℃1 h )影响不大,热导率减小;经1600℃3 h 热处理后,加入质量分数3%Al(OH)3的浇注料基质中由大量交叉排列的六方片状六铝酸钙转变为多层叠加状。综合考虑Al2 O3-CaO-MgO轻质浇注料的各项性能,Al(OH)3的合适加入质量分数为3%。
In order to avoid the obvious difference between heavy-weight matrix and light-weight aggregate in common Al2 O3-CaO-MgO light-weight castables,effects of aluminum hydroxide additions (0,1%,3%and 5%,in mass,the same hereinafter)in Al2 O3-CaO-MgO light-weight castables matrix on the properties after firing were studied using microporous light-weight CA6-MA aggregates (8-5,5 -3,3-1 mm),rapid calcining corundum (99.5% Al2O3;≤0.045 and ≤0.074 mm),α-Al2O3 micropowder,and aluminum hy-droxide (≤0.045 mm)as main starting materials.The results show that with aluminum hydroxide addition increasing,water amount increases,bulk density and cold crushing strength decline,cold modulus of rup-ture and hot modulus of rupture (1 400 ℃ 1 h)change slightly,and thermal conductivity of Al2O3-CaO-MgO light-weight castables declines;after calcining at 1 600 ℃for 3 h,a lot of hexagonal flake interlocking calcium hexaluminate converts into multi-layer overlaying arrangement in castables matrix with 3% alumi-num hydroxide.Considering all the properties of Al2 O3-CaO-MgO light-weight castables,the suitable addi-tion of aluminum hydroxide is 3%.
