为了优化纯铝酸钙水泥结合刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的性能,分别用6~3、3~1和1~0.5 mm 的六铝酸钙(CA6)颗粒替代浇注料中相应粒度的板状刚玉颗粒,研究其对浇注料强度、致密度、烧后线变化和抗热震性的影响。结果表明:1)用 CA6颗粒替代板状刚玉颗粒后,试样的常温强度、高温强度、抗热震性、1550℃烧后线变化均增大,并且其增大幅度基本上随 CA6颗粒粒度的减小而增大。2)用6~3 mm 的 CA6颗粒替代板状刚玉颗粒,试样的体积密度减小,显气孔率增大;但随着 CA6颗粒粒度从6~3 mm 逐渐减小至1~0.5 mm,试样的体积密度逐渐增大,显气孔率逐渐减小。
Calcium hexaluminate aggregates (CA6 ,6 -3,3 -1 and 1 -0.5 mm)were used to replace the tabular corundum aggregates with corresponding particle size in corundum-spinel castables in order to optimize the performance of the castables.Effects of calcium hexaluminate aggregates on the strength, density,linear change on heating (1 550 ℃)and thermal shock resistance of the castables were studied. The results show that:after replacement,(1)the cold strength,hot strength,thermal shock resistance and linear change on heating increase,and the increasing amplitude basically increases with the decrease of calcium hexaluminate particle size;(2)for the castables with 6 -3 mm CA6 aggregates,the bulk density de-creases and the apparent porosity increases,however,as CA6 decreases from 6 -3 mm to 1 -0.5 mm,the bulk density increases and the apparent porosity decreases gradually.
