为了对比研究不同结合体系对Si3N4结合SiC耐火材料性能的影响,以SiC和Si为原料,选取水性环氧树脂(试样R)、铝酸钙水泥(试样CA)以及硅溶胶(试样S)三种结合体系,经振动浇注成型后,研究结合体系对试样的生坯(110℃保温24 h烘干后)强度和1 450℃保温3h氮化烧成后性能、物相组成和显微结构的影响.结果表明:烧后试样CA的抗热震性较好,但高温抗折强度较低;烧后试样S的常温及高温抗折强度较高,但抗热震性较差;试样R具有较高的生坯抗折强度,而且其烧后具有较高的高温抗折强度和较好的抗热震性.
To study the influences of bonding systems on properties of Si3N4 bonded SiC refractories,using SiC and Si as starting materials,waterborne epoxy resin (R),calcium aluminate cement (CA),and silica sol (S) as binders,respectively,to prepare castables.After vibration casting shaping,the three castables were compared to investigate the influences of bonding systems on the green specimen strength after drying at 110 ℃ for 24 h as well as the properties,phase composition and microstructure of specimens after nitridizing firing at 1 450 ℃ for 3 h.The results show that the fired specimen CA has the best thermal shock resistance but the lowest hot modulus of rupture;the fired specimen S has the highest cold and hot modulus of rupture but the worst thermal shock resistance;specimen R has the highest green strength,the highest hot modulus of rupture after firing and good thermal shock resistance.
