为了提高高硅铝铸件表面电镀层与基体的结合强度,对镀前浸锌溶液进行了改进和优化,并用电化学测试技术探讨了浸锌时间对电位的影响,结果表明,经过二次浸锌能保证镀层与高硅铝铸件基体之间良好的结合强度.
