利用射频反应磁控溅射制备Fe:NiOx阳极催化膜,对其在电解液中的电极过程进行分析,明确整个电极过程的控制步骤--电化学步骤.根据实验结果及塔菲尔方程求出电化学步骤的重要动力学参数(塔菲尔斜率b,交换电流密度i0),并通过XPS和SEM分析影响过电势的因素.
