采用高频感应线圈加热,以蒸发-冷凝法制备了纳米铝粉,用空气进行钝化处理,得到有钝化层保护的纳米铝粉.使用透射电镜、场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射、差热分析DTA等测试手段,研究了表面钝化处理对纳米铝粉抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明:经过表面钝化处理的纳米铝粉粒径范围为15~60nm,纳米铝粉表面包覆了3~5nm厚的氧化铝膜,形成明显的核/壳结构,具有较好的抗氧化性能,这对于纳米铝粉的存储、活性保护机理的探讨有一定的意义.
