为找寻一种合适的轧机牌坊表面修复方法,根据实际工况,对几种激光熔覆涂层在150℃水蒸气环境中的抗氧化性能及抗磨损性能进行了测试分析,测试结果表明,制备的钴基涂层具有优异的抗水蒸气氧化性能和抗摩擦磨损性能.选用该钴基材料在牌坊模拟件上模拟现场施工状况进行了激光熔覆,同时监测了熔覆过程中的动态应力演变.监测结果表明,应力演变最大值并未超过基体铸钢的屈服强度,这种大面积激光熔覆不会引起结构的宏观变形,表明激光熔覆方法是一种适用于轧机牌坊大面积表面修复的方法.

In order to seek a appropriate restoring method for the rolling-mill housing surfaces, the oxidation resistance in 150℃ vapor circumstance and the abrasion resistance of several laser cladding layers were investigated. The results show that Co-based layer has excellent oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance. Then this Co-based laser cladding layer has been applied to the simulator of rolling-mill housing. The development of the welding stress on the cladding process has also been monitored. The results show that the maximum value of the welding dynamic stress is lower than the yield stress of base material, and will not cause the deformation of the whole structure. Laser cladding method is a suitable way to restore the rolling-mill housing surfaces.
