采用多弧离子镀技术方法在铸铁活塞环的表面沉积一层AlCrN涂层,在各种参数一定的情况下,通过改变Al靶的弧流来研究AlCrN涂层的组织和性能的变化.采用SEM,XRD,MM-200型摩擦试验机和显微硬度计测试涂层的表面组织形貌、显微硬度和涂层的摩擦因数.实验结果表明:Al靶弧流对涂层的微观组织和力学性能影响都很大.随Al靶弧流增大,涂层中Al含量增多,涂层的显微硬度和摩擦因数均降低,而且随涂层中Al含量的增大Al颗粒数量增多,致密度增大.
