炔丙基氯以丙炔醇与三氯化磷为原料,不经处理步骤,采用一步合成炔丙基氯最佳工条件为:在温度15℃以下,在煤油作为油相溶剂及分层剂作用下,反应4 h,收率可达到83%,经电镀厂家应用试验,镀层光亮度达到98%,覆盖能力达到98%。
Propargyl chloride was prepared by reacting propargyl aclohol with phosphorous trichloride in one step. The reacting temperature was below 15℃. Kerosene was used as the solution of oil phase and dispersed phas. The reacting time was as long as four howrs. The yield of the propargyl chloride was ≥83%. Subjeted to application, brightness of the coating and covering power of the bath were all ≥98%.
