用不同电源波形研究铝合金硬质阳极氧化,是近年来有关硬质阳极氧化研究中最活跃的一个领域。这些工艺大都是为了高合金成分材料的阳极氧化,减少烧穿或提高工作温度,提高膜层的硬度、厚度或耐磨性等等。着重评述了交直流叠加,脉冲电流和交流电源在硬质阳极氧化研究中的进展情况。
The investigation of hard anodizing of aluminium alloys using various electric wave forms is one of the most active field for the investigation of hard anodizing in recent years. These process mostly were used for anodozing of the materials with high alloy composotion, to reduce burning through or to raise operated temperature, to increase film hardness, thickness or wear resistance etc. The progress of hard anodizing investigation employing A. C. superimposed on D. C., pulse current and alternating current, have been emphatically reviewed in the present paper.
