采用动电势扫描法测定了几种表面活性剂对镍-纳米微粒复合镀液的阴极行为的影响,并与基础镀镍液中的阴极极化曲线进行了比较.结果表明:复合镀液中表面活性剂对阴极极化行为的影响较为复杂,纳米微粒不同,表面活性剂对阴极极化行为影响差别较大;而在基础镀镍液中所选定的表面活性剂均能不同程度的增加极化,离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂混合使用时更能较大程度的增加阴极极化.
