对电沉积镍-磷合金的工艺与性能进行了综述,包括镀液成分、镀覆条件、阳极组成等工艺条件的研究现状,并介绍了合金镀层的物相结构、非晶态与晶态之间的转化和不同成分的镀层的硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性及影响这些性质的因素.
