论述了钕铁硼磁体化学转化膜防腐蚀技术的现状,指出单独的钝化膜耐腐蚀性不强;铁系磷化膜有彩色导致不同批次不同时间获得的磷化膜均一性差,相比较而言,锌系磷化膜的耐腐蚀性较好,与阴极电泳的配套性良好,可以提高钕铁硼的耐腐蚀性能.为了获得质量稳定的磷化膜,需加强应用基础的研究.
