脉冲电沉积方法深镀能力好、分散能力强、电流效率高,被广泛应用于电极材料的制备.介绍了脉冲阳极电沉积的原理,综述了其制备氧化物电极材料和纳米掺杂电极材料在国内外的研究进展,并针对现阶段研究中存在的不足,对今后脉冲阳极电沉积制备电极材料及相关工艺的研究方向提出了建议.
