在铝基体上电沉积Pb-Ag-Co合金,并作为阳极用于锌电积中.通过正交试验采用五因素四水平,以腐蚀速率和表面形貌为主要考察指标,得到最佳的镀液组成及工艺务件:80g/L甲基磺酸铅,50 g/L甲基磺酸,30 g/L氢氧化钠,0.3g/L硝酸银,0.5g/L硫酸钴,0.3g/L明胶,20 g/L硫脲,pH为0.5,Jk为1 A/dm2,θ为40℃.
