在金属钛上通过阳极氧化制备二氧化钛纳米管阵列,用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射、紫外-可见漫反射及电流-时间曲线等方法表征电解液中柠檬酸添加剂对所得二氧化钛纳米管阵列结构和性能的影响.结果表明,柠檬酸的添加使二氧化钛纳米管阵列表面形貌发生显著变化,在其管口产生晶须絮状堆积物,但二氧化钛晶型结构没有变化,仍以锐钛矿型为主.所得纳米管阵列对可见光具有良好的吸收性,同时对偏电压具有良好的响应,增大偏电压,纳米管阵列的光电流增加值更大.
