为提高镁合金的耐蚀性,以AZ91D镁合金为基体,采用化学沉积方法制备了Ni-P合金镀层.利用维氏硬度仪、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪及Autolab电化学工作站等检测方法,分析了镀层的硬度、显微形貌、镀层成分及耐蚀性.结果表明,HF质量浓度为200 mL/L、活化t为15 min、镀液pH为7.30时能有效提高镀层的耐蚀性.

Ni-P alloy coating was prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate by electroless plating to improve its corrosion resistance.The hardness,microstructure morphologies,coating composition and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by Vickers hardness tester,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy and electrochemical workstation Autolab.Results showed that when the HF acid concentration was 200 mL/L,activation time was 15 min and the bath pH was 7.30,the coating corrosion resistance could be improved obviously.
