在对电弧焊接头进行镀镍过程中,不同的电流密度会影响镀层的粗糙度、表面结构和内应力,进而对电弧焊接头的拉伸强度产生不同的影响.采用不同的电流密度,分别进行4组电孤焊接头电镀实验,使用扫描电镜、X-射线内应力衍射仪,分别提取每组实验的电弧焊接头镀层表面结构和性能指标数据;依据提取的数据结果,分析镀镍过程采用不同的电流密度对电弧焊接头拉伸力的影响程度,并通过仿真实验对分析结果进行了验证.

During the process of nickel plating on arc welding joint,current density will affect the coating roughness,surface structure and internal stress,and then cause different effects on tensile strength of the arc welding joint.In this paper,four groups of electroplating experiments on arc welding joint were carried out respectively using different current density.The surface structure and performance index data of each group sample were extracted by scan electron spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer.According to the extracted data,influence degree of current density on tensile force of the arc welding joint were analyzed,and the analyzing results were verified by simulation experiments.
