通过某主机厂引进CG800薄膜电泳漆,对其开展了相应的产品及配套性现场试验后应用.结果表明,CG800电泳漆具有施工范围宽、槽液稳定性好,电泳漆涂膜中性盐雾耐腐蚀性强、耐锐边腐蚀一般、外观质量较好的特点.预计其在国内市场的应用将进一步扩大.
CG800 film electrophoresis paint was introduced through a factory,corresponding products and supporting field test were carried out before its application.The results showed that CG800 possessed many advantages,such as wide process range,good bath stability,strong corrosion resistance in neutral salt spray,good appearance quality and commonly corrosion resistant to sharp edges.It is expected that its application in the domestic market will be further expanded.
