Determination of Trace Cadmium in Electroplating Wastewater by PAN Plus Twain 80 Direct Colorimetric Method

采用PAN加吐温80直接比色法,借助吐温80的增色增溶作用,测定废水中的镉.在0～0.6 mg/L范围内,镉质量浓度与吸光度线性相关,相关系数为0.999.方法的相对标准偏差为2.3％(n=5),样品加标回收率为98.75％～ 100.92％.该法相较于GB 7471-1987双硫腙分光光度法操作更简便、无毒性,适用于电镀废水中镉的测定.

Twain80 has the effect on increasing the color and solubility.PAN and Twain 80 were used to determine cadmium in wastewate by direct colorimetry method.In the range of 0 ～ 0.6 μg/ml,the concentration of Cd2+ was linearly related to the absorbance with correlation coefficient of 0.999.The relative standard deviation of this method was 2.3％ (n =5) and sample recovery rate was 98.75％～ 100.92％.This method was simple and non-toxic compare to the GB 7471-1987 dithizone spectrophotometry.This method was suitable to determine of cadmium in the wastewater produced by electroplating.
