创新性地在传统的动态热机械分析仪器中引入电阻测量的方法,同步、原位、在线、实时地测出了导电性复合材料如碳黑填充热塑性高分子材料或碳纤维增强热固性树脂基复合材料在动态机械载荷下的电阻响应,借此首次记录到以上材料在加热与交变机械载荷联合作用下的结构变化信息,如导电网络完善和稳定,以及树脂基体膨胀、碳纤维微动等,这不仅为分析材料的微结构变化提供了新的手段,而且为在线检测复合材料在服役状态的结构变化或可能的损伤与失效提供了可能性。

An innovative simultaneous measurement method has been proposed and demonstrated to record in-situ, on-line and real-time the resistivity response of conductive composites under dynamical mechanical loading. For carbon black loaded thermoplastics and carbon fiber reinforced thermoset based composites, change in resistivity has been found related to the structural change reduced by temperature and the dynamic loading. Thus, it provides not only a new way to study the structure-property relations, but it also is possible to apply the method to monitor the service performances of composite structure under real conditions.
