铝合金在硫酸溶液中进行阳极氧化,然后再在含铈盐的溶液中进行恒电流阴极极化,应用椭圆偏振技术对上述两过程进行现场追踪的结果表明:通过阴极极化步骤,可使氧化膜的组成发生改变,使铈沉积在氧化膜的表面;改变阴极极化液的酸度,对氧化膜中铈的沉积量有所影响,酸度越大,沉积上去的铈会越少。

The process of anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy in sulfuric acid solution as well as that of cathodic polarization of anodic oxide coatings in solution containing cerium salt were studied using in-situ ellipsometry. The r esults show that the composition of the oxide film is affected by cathodic pola rization and cerium could deposit on the film surfaces. The deposition of ceri u m is sensitive to the solution pH, the lower the pH, the less cerium deposited .
