介绍了一种新的制备聚合物/无机层状化合物纳米复合材料的方法,即用多钒酸作引发剂,在制备五氧化二钒干凝胶的同时,将聚乙二醇嵌入到五氧化二钒的层状结构中去,该方法简单实用,而且可以通过控制聚乙二醇的量来控制纳米复合材料的层间距,为更好地了解和控制纳米复合材料的界面结构提供了一条新思路。实验表明,PEG/VXG纳米复合材料保持了VXG的层状结构,同时增加了三维方向的有序性,且随着PEG含量的增大,层间距增大。

A new method for preparation of PEG/VXG nanocomposite wasintroduced. U sing decavanadic acid as initiator, PEG was intercalating into the layers of V 2O5 while VXG was forming. The layered distance can be controlled by the cont ent of PEG. This is a new idea for studing the interface of nanocomposite. The experiment shows that PEG/VXG nanocomposite keeps the layer structure of VXG and increases the layered distance but decreases the ordered zone.
