为了能够准确地描述组织演变,应用连续性方法处理糊状区域不连续物理性质.同时为了更准确地描述每个单元的溶质成分,考虑了由于凝固过程中固相分数的变化引起的距离变化对溶质扩散的影响.在模拟过程中在糊状区域内引入随机扰动.最后利用元胞自动机方法进行性核与长大的模拟.应用这种方法模拟了一个Al-7%(质量分数)Si铸锭的凝固过程组织演变.模拟结果显示模型能够描述凝固过程中的组织演变以及晶间偏析的出现.
