化学液气相沉积技术是目前最快的C/C复合材料的制备工艺,它的致密化速度是传统等温化学气相沉积工艺的100倍.本文阐述化学液气相沉积工艺的优越性和用于制备C/C复合材料的工艺原理;讨论化学液气相沉积热解炭的微观组织结构和工艺的计算机数值模拟的研究进展,最后展望化学液气相致密化技术的发展和应用前景.
