采用熔体浸渗法制备Al2O3f/AZ91D复合材料,发现有Mg2Si新相生成.利用SEM,XRD等手段对其成分和组成进行了分析,研究了粘结剂的加入量对材料硬度的影响.结果表明:随着硅溶胶量的不断增大,材料硬度随之增大,当硅溶胶加入量大于10%(质量分数)时,对材料硬度的影响较小,且不利于材料的其他力学性能.
