以三氧化二硼为硼源,镁作为还原剂和促进剂,氯化亚铁为催化剂,在流动氨气中1500~1600℃制备出大量BN多壁纳米管.在扫描电镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)观察到BN纳米管表面洁净光滑,直径均匀约50nm,长度达10~30μm.能谱、电子选区衍射和粉末X射线分析表明纳米管主要为h-BN多晶.
