采用二次阳极氧化的方法制备了孔高度有序的多孔氧化铝,研究了阳极氧化电压和草酸浓度对多孔氧化铝孔径的影响.结果表明,在0.5mol·L-1的草酸溶液中,电压从35V增加到45V时,孔径从76nm线性增加到95nm;当电压为45V,草酸浓度从0.3 mol·L-1增加到0.5 mol·L-1时,孔径从75nm增加到95nm,孔径分布均符合正态分布.SEM分析表明,在上述条件下制备的孔排列高度有序,通过合理改变氧化电压和草酸浓度,可以准确控制AAO的孔径及分布.
