对于体积含量60%~70%的飞灰空心球/Al多孔材料(CAPM),其等效弹性模量理论预测值通常会比实验值高出大约50%.为此,本文用有限元方法对其等效模量进行了数值模拟,并且在考虑了CAPM中孔洞和基体之问的相互作用之后,对数值模拟值进行了理论修正.得到的结果与实验值吻合的相当好.
For face-centered cubic (FCC) stacking of fly ash (FA) cenosphere/Al porous materials (CAPM) at a volume fraction of 60%-70%,theoretical predicting generally overestimates the effective elastic modulus about 50% more than the experimental measurement.To address this issue,finite element method (FEM) is employed first to evaluate the effective elastic modulus,followed by a theoretical modification to account interactions between CAPM interstitials and matrix.Results obtained give a better match between the theoretical predictions and the experimental data.
