基于研发具有应用价值的柔性相变材料,通过SMS非织造布与PU/PEG(2000)复合.采用浸没沉淀相转化法,将PEG,DMF和PU混合,真空脱泡制成成膜液,复合到SMS非织造布上,经热湿处理制得多孔相变膜.复合相变膜孔洞沿厚度方向贯通生长,沿膜平面方向紧密排列,呈现可控的分布.DSC表明复合相变膜具有与PEG相似的相变行为.复合相变膜强力随PEG含量增加略下降,断裂伸长下降大,弯曲长度的先升后降.
