以沸石为模板、乙炔为炭源,在氩气气氛下通过化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备了粒度均匀的炭纳米颗粒.利用X射线衍射(XRD),高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM),场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和拉曼光谱仪(RAMAN),对合成的产物进行了结构表征和分析.结果表明:形成的炭纳米颗粒粒度均在100nm左右,晶面间距为0.3477nm,呈准球状,纯度高达90%以上,石墨化程度较低.热重分析(TGA)结果表明产物在空气中的热分解温度高于600℃,在惰性气氛下能够达到1000℃以上,具有较高的热稳定性.根据XRD,FE-SEM等试验数据分析,粒度均匀炭纳米颗粒的形成过程为:炭源填充模板,高温分解.模板变形释放产物.
