建立了一个预测轧后控制冷却过程中钢板内部温度变化的数学模型,并将此模型应用于特定的厚板轧后控制冷却生产线,该控冷生产线采用管层流冷却方式.本模型考虑了辐射、自然对流、强制对流及稳态膜沸腾对冷却过程中钢板内部温度变化的影响,通过比较实测温度和计算温度确定了模型的准确性.对控冷后钢板厚度方向不同位置的组织和性能进行了详细分析.
