利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件和与之相应的镍基高温合会数据库,计算了碳、铝、钛、铌和钨成分改变时对718合金中平衡相的析出规律影响,并预测了平衡相的化学成分,以期为发展高稳定性718合金提供理论依据.
The effect of the alloying elements C, Al, Ti, Nb and W in 718 type alloys on equilibrium phases precipitation behavior was investigated employing the Thermo-Calc software and nickel-base superalloy database. Chemical composition of the equilibrium phases was also calculated. The calcula-tion results provide the theoretical bases for developing 718 type alloys with high structure stability.
