介绍了纳米粒子探针的概念、检测原理及分类.评述了纳米粒子探针在DNA检测、蛋白质检测及药物靶向运输中的应用,总结了纳米粒子探针在放大检测信号、避免蛋白质变质和有效降低负面效应等方面的优缺点,并对将来纳米粒子探针在有效靶向释药和多功能分析等方面的发展进行了展望.
