研究医用聚氨酯材料表面化学法镀银的粗化、敏化等前处理工艺及其参数优化.分别采用三氧化铬、高锰酸钾粗化,氯化亚锡敏化,硝酸银活化.结果表明:最优粗化工艺为粗化温度40℃、粗化时间10min、三氧化铬浓度80g/L、浓硫酸与三氧化铬混合比2∶1;最优敏化工艺为氯化亚锡浓度10g/L.
