在锌浴中添加少量的Ni和V,获得了Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05%V镀层.研究了Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05%V镀层组织和在5%NaCl溶液浸泡过程中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在Zn-0.05%Ni镀浴中添加0.05%V可以有效地抑制Fe-Zn反应,控制ζ相层的超厚生长.与Zn-0.05%Ni镀层相比,浸泡20min后,Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05%V电化学阻抗较大;浸泡2天时,该镀层表面氧化层发生破坏,阻抗急剧下降;浸泡8天后,腐蚀产物覆盖在镀层表面,阻抗图谱由两个容抗弧组成,低频区尾部出现Warburg扩散阻抗,并随着浸泡时间的延长,阻抗逐渐增大.根据腐蚀过程阻抗谱的变化特点,采用相应的等效电路拟合镀层在浸泡不同时间的电化学阻抗谱图,结果表明:浸泡8天后,腐蚀产物的电容Y1、弥散效应指数n1及扩散电阻WR逐渐减小,腐蚀产物电阻R1逐渐增大.腐蚀反应的双电层电容Y2和极化电阻R2无明显的规律性.
