以实验室自制的酚醛基纤维布为原料,以二氧化碳为活化剂制备了系列酚醛基活性炭布(Activated Carbon Cloths,ACCs),利用低温N2(77K)吸附法测定了所制活性炭布的孔结构,并将所制得活性炭布用做超级电容器电极材料,采用恒流充放电法和交流阻抗技术考察了所制模拟电容器的电化学性能(电解液:1 M(CH2 CH3)3CH3 NBF4/PC).结果表明:随着活性炭布的比表面积的增大,比电容也随之增大,其中ACC4样品在50mA· g-1的电流密度下达到135F·g-1.随着电流密度的增大,微孔对比电容的贡献下降而中孔的贡献增大,说明中孔有利于提高活性炭布的功率特性.随活化程度的加深,活性炭布的导电性下降,等效串联电阻增大.
