采用熔融共混与模压成型工艺制备了HGB填充改性PLA复合材料,考察了HGB的含量对复合材料的微观形貌、力学性能和熔体流动速率的影响.结果表明,经过硅烷偶联剂表面包覆改性的HGB在基体中分散均匀,且与PLA间具有较好的界面结合;随着HGB含量的增加,HGB/PLA复合材料的比抗拉性强度和断裂伸长率先增大而后降低,而比弹性模量持续上升;HGB的引入总体上降低了共混体系的比冲击强度,但却显著提高了其熔体流动速率.
