采用机械合金化法制备了Fe85Si9.6Al5.4合金,借助XRD,SEM,VSM和VNA,研究了Fe85Si9.6Al5.4合金的相结构、微观形貌、软磁性能以及Fe85Si9.6Al5.4/石蜡吸波材料的电磁和吸波性能.结果表明:采用一步法和两步法制备的FeSiAl合金的晶相均为无序bcc-Fe(Si,Al)相.一步法制备的FeSiAl合金形貌为不规则块状,而两步法制备的合金为片状.一步法与两步法制备的FeSiAl合金具有相近的比饱和磁化强度与矫顽力;但是与块状FeSiAl/石蜡吸波材料相比,片状FeSiAl/石蜡吸波材料具有更高的复介电常数和复磁导率,在0.5~5GHz范围内具有更低的反射率.厚度为2~5mm的片状FeSiAl/石蜡吸波材料,随厚度的增加反射率降低,匹配频率向低频移动;2mm材料反射率≤-10dB的带宽达1.07GHz.
