设计了一种含硅量较高的新型铸造合金钢,并研究了该合金钢的显微组织及其腐蚀行为。含Cr、Ni、Si、Mo、Cu多种元素的新型铸造合金钢,经1200℃× 2h水冷固溶化处理后,具有良好的耐浓硫酸腐蚀性能和较高的抗点蚀性能。该合金钢敏化处理后,仍具有较好的抗晶间腐蚀性能。
The chemical compositions of new east alloy steel with high Si content was designed, itsmicrostructure and corrosion behavior were studied. The experimental results showed that the new cast alloy steel had a goodcorrosion resistance in concentrated suphuric acid and higher pitting corrosion resistance after solution heat treatment on 1200 ℃× 2h. In addition, the steel had also better intergranular corrosion resistance after sensibilization treatment.
