通过Bikerman公式确定弯月面的形态,计算保护渣道内的 压力随结晶器振动、拉坯参数变化的规律。发现随保护渣粘度、拉坯速度、振动的负滑脱时 间的增加以及保 护渣道的出口宽度的减小,保护渣道内的最大正压、最大负压均有增加,其中保护渣道内的 压力受渣道出口宽度的影响最大。
The dynamic pressure in the mo ld flux channel at different stage in th e mold oscillation cycle is calculated b y Bikerman equation to determine the pro file of meniscus.Both the positive and n egative peak pressures increase with the increasing of flux viscosity,casting sp eed,negative strip time,and with decreas ing of exit width of flux channel,the in fluence of the exit width of mold flux c hannel is the greatest among all the fac tors.
