为了搞清321不锈钢板表面缺陷的形成原因,采用扫描电镜能谱分析方法研究了321不锈钢中板上的表面缺陷、结晶器"结鱼"物和连铸浸入式水口结瘤物的物相.探讨了"结鱼"、水口结瘤与表面缺陷的关系.结果表明:不锈钢板表面缺陷中所包含的主要物相有MgO·A12O3、TiN、CaO·nO2、TiO2,与浸入式水口结瘤物、结晶器"结鱼"物中的物相基本相同.说明连铸水口结瘤和结晶器"结鱼"是造成321不锈钢板表面缺陷的重要原因.
